Even though he hasn't heard the entire disc, the songs he has listened to have him very excited about the project.
"I actually haven't got a chance to listen to all of it, but I heard a few songs," Wayne told MTV. "I can tell, you know, I don't know nothing else out there that can touch it, including my stuff. That kid is on another planet."
Wayne thinks that part of Drake's success has been his ability to put out music his fans can relate to.
"Drake excels at... I call him a conversational artist. Meaning he can make a hit song out of a regular conversation that you would love to have with any woman or anybody," Weezy said. "I think that's his expertise. And the songs I heard he just capitalized on that like crazy."

Webbie Responds To 106 & Park Ban. Says Terrence J Was Jealous Because Rocsi Wanted Him. "You Want To Act Like A Gangster On TV? I'mma Beat Your P*ssy A** Up"

Many people were surprised by Christina Aguilera's appearance at the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert last weekend in Wales.
The singer appeared to have gained some weight, and the outfit she wore wasn't exactly flattering.
On Friday's edition of E's "Fashion Police," Kelly Osbourne went in on the "Genie In A Bottle" singer.
"She called me fat for years," Ozzy Osbourne's daughter said. "I was never that fat."Her co-host Joan Rivers also chimed in: "Lady Marmalade got into the peanut butter again."
This isn't the first time Osbourne has had unflattering things to say about Xtina.
"She called me fat for so many f*cking years," Osbourne said last month on Fashion Police. "So you know what? F*ck you! You're fat too."
When asked by a fan on Twitter if she was attacking Christina out of jealousy, Osbourne replied that she was bullied by the singer for a decade.
